Many public organizations open and close immediately. The reason is that the founders misjudge their strengths. Young public organizations do not have confidence, so it is necessary to fight, get a credit of trust and gain experience for large projects. On May 17, 2022, UNF organized a meeting of volunteers with the founder of the public organization - Radion Dubrovka. Okhtyrka youth organization has been operating since 2015 and implements bold and interesting projects. At the online meeting, Radion shared its successes and mistakes, as well as gave clear advice to those who plan to develop their community organization!
